Computer vision platform that analyses property listing photos to extract features, detect condition issues, and generate automated valuation adjustments.

The Challenge

Valuers were spending 2 hours per property manually reviewing photos and writing condition reports.

Our Solution

Trained a custom CV model on 500K+ property images to detect 60+ features and defects, integrated directly into the valuer's existing workflow.
